Our awarded-winning pastry chef – Stefanos Kassaras – and his team will be using the best ingredients – so the freshness is guaranteed.
Our pastry chef – Stefanos – has been an Executive Pastry Chef since 2007. His career includes 16 years of work experience in the hotel industry. During this time he has won several awards. He holds senior positions in several professional bodies within Greece and beyond.
The awards include:-
- Gold, silver and bronze medals in the Sugarpaste category at the International Bolu Cooking Championships in Turkey 2015 (approved by World Association of Chefs’ Societies, WACS). Where he also won the Bronze medal in the Black Box dessert category.
- Bronze medal in the Sugarpaste category 2015 in Greece approved by WACS.
- Diploma HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) for food safety.
The positions in professional bodies include:-
- Executive Pastry Chef and the President of the Pastry & Bakery Chefs Club Hellas.
- Board member of Hellenic Executive Chefs Federation and a member of Aregala.
- Prochef for the Presidents Council and 2nd representative of Greece.
- Vice President Euro-Togues Hellas and Vice president of Executive Chefs Club of Greece.
